Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

  • Customers can book appointments via Phone Call or Through our Website.

  • Advance booking is required, but same day booking may be available depending on our schedule. (Call for more info)

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

  • Accepted payments methods: Cash, Card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash app.

  • Last-minute and Emergency bookings are available for an additional $15 express fee, subject to the customers pick up location and availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit.

  • If a customer cancels within less than 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-shows will also forfeit their deposit with no refund

  • The driver will wait 15 minutes after the pick up time for the customer after that a late fee of $5 will be added for every 15 minutes the customer is late, after 45 minutes the ride will be canceled due to No-show.

  • Customers may reschedule their ride 24 hours in advance.

  • If a customer reschedule within less than 24 hours 50% of the deposit will be deducted and the remaining can be used to book the new ride or refunded.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling requests must be made via Phone call or Text Message.
